Student Exchange Program
EFASCE di Pordenone has extended an invitation for five member students, age 15-18 to attend a exchange visit to Friuli for two to three weeks during the summer. Students are housed at Euro Hotel in Maniago, and generally attend class each morning in Maniago followed by afternoon excursions to various attractions and destinations within the region, including Trieste, Pordenone, Valvasone, Barcis, Venezia. The program offers students an incredible opportunity to learn about the land of their ancestors first hand and to meet other students of Friulan descent from both Canada and the United States. The first delegation of students from Philadelphia occurred July 2009.
Young Adult Exchange
EFASCE di Philadelphia is sending 2 representatives to a similar summer exchange program hosted by EFASCE di Pordenone in the future.
